Stephen Crawford

Stephen is a Founder and the CEO of BrightGrid Solar. He brings more than 15 years experience in the energy industry with an emphasis on renewable energy. Since 2008, Stephen has been the EVP of Pan Asia Solar, focused on portfolio governance and corporate development. He was previously a management consultant with Accenture and most recently with Booz & Company, where his practice focused on corporate strategy development, renewable energy and environmental policy analysis, and leading large-scale operating performance improvement programs. Stephen holds an M.S. in Energy Management and Policy from University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. with honors in Economics from SUNY Stony Brook.

Timothy Slavin

Timothy Slavin brings nearly 20 years experience in credit, portfolio management, operations and development and implementation of vendor programs. Tim was most recently with Siemens Financial Services in New Jersey, where he served in multiple roles from 2002-2009. He earned his MBA from Rider University, and a B.A. with honors in Economics from Villanova University.

Michael Ruehlman

From 2007 to 2009, Michael was a VP with Pan Asia Solar, where he served as an adviser to existing portfolio companies and conducted due diligence on new fund investments. Prior to this, Michael was a management consultant with Huron Consulting Group. At Huron, Michael advised companies in the energy, pharmaceutical and technology industries on corporate governance, operational efficiency, and growth strategy. Michael is a board member of the I Help Uganda Grow Foundation. He is currently pursuing a double MBA program from Columbia University and the University of California, Berkeley. Michael holds a BBA and an MPA degree, both from The University of Texas at Austin.

Roger M. Franco

Roger has worked in the financial services field for nearly 25 years. His experience encompasses sales, training, marketing, business development, program management, asset management, strategic planning, organization design, process management functional analysis and Enterprise Business Continuity Planning. Roger is a founder of Capital Conduit Partners. Prior to forming Capital Conduit Partners, Roger served as Senior Vice President, Leasing Operations at Siemens Financial Services, Inc. (SFS) where he managed the back office of the company’s vendor, captive and direct leasing businesses. Roger earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University in 1980.

Michael Mahon

Prior to joining BrightGrid, Michael worked at Cora Capital, a boutique financial advisory firm focused on the renewable energy and cleantech sectors, and as a Corporate & Investment Banking Analyst in Asset-Backed Finance at Wachovia Securities, where he gained capital markets experience and assisted senior bankers with transaction structuring, underwriting, and execution in the energy, transportation, and equipment leasing industries. Michael also completed an internship with the Office of Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy - Weatherization & Intergovernmental Program at the U.S. Department of Energy and earned a BA in Government from Georgetown University.
